GoMinistries is holding an online fundraiser this week and till the end of July. All donations will go to underground churches and refugees who are suffering with dire conditions under Covid-19. They have 3 church plants and over 500 families that we help with food, medicine and cash for essential needs. They are preparing a basket of sweets and tea for those who are interested and donating to that purpose. If you would like to help, check their website at: http://www.goministries.ca
Nate & Stacy Tatman
Regional Coordinators for Europe & the Middle East - 3WORLDS
On June 1, 2021, Nate and Stacy moved into the role of regional coordinators for Europe and the Middle East as Patrick and Jamie Nachtigall stepped out of that role. As regional coordinators for Europe and the Middle East, Tatmans travel extensively throughout the region, working in collaboration with national leaders to develop regional ministry strategies and country-specific strategies, cultivating relationships within the Church of God across Europe and the Middle East, connecting the church across the region. Nate and Stacy have a particular passion for church planting and church health. They also oversee projects and missionaries in the region, providing pastoral care and supervision.
Nate and Stacy, and their entire team, commonly known as the Three Worlds team, focus ministry through a prism of three points: They work to engage young people in cross-cultural ministry; support empowered and accountable leaders, especially under the age of 45; and create interconnectivity within churches, countries, and the entire region.
Zach & Audrey Langford
MISSIONARIES TO THE UNITED KINGDOM
Zach and Audrey Langford provide pastoral leadership to the Birkenhead Church of God, serving as a bridge as the church transitions a generational gap. They are expanding the church’s ministry to young adults through relational outreach, table evangelism, and discipleship. They are also experimenting with creative new ministries to reach the people who live in the community where the Birkenhead church is located. In addition, they continue to serve regionally, particularly for the Budapest Lectures and the 3W Leadership Network. Audrey, along with Global Strategy missionary Christy Kihm, works closely with the Three Worlds Leadership Network (3WLN) leadership team, helping with planning and logistics.

CHILD SPONSORSHIP IS A SPECIAL KIND OF LOVE
FARA RELIEF-LETTER TO DONORS OF FURAHA CHILD SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM
To: Donors of the Furaha Child Sponsorship Program
Thank you for your support of the “Furaha” program that helps impoverished kids/youth get an education and a positive start on life. As you may know the Church of God in Eastern Canada has decided not to continue operating the child sponsorship program that supports kids/youth in Uganda, South Sudan and the DR Congo.
A new charity, Furaha Africa Relief Association (FARA) will absorb the existing Furaha Child Sponsorship program beginning Jan 1, 2021. FARA will continue to work with Colleen Stevenson, the director of child sponsorship programs in East Africa, as the Agent of FARA to operate our sponsorship program in Africa.
As a donor, we ask that you go to the FARA website (see link below) and check off confirming that you want to support children/youth in Uganda, Congo, Sudan and Rwanda and would like to continue receiving information of the child(ren) you have been receiving correspondence from in the Furaha Child Sponsorship Program.
In consultation with Colleen Stevenson concerning the cost of running the program it has been decided to increase the monthly donation to support the children/youth in the program as of Jan 1/21.
Ken Wiebe, President
Furaha Africa Relief Association
